We visited here from NJ. It watched two performances the Christmas bell choir and the Christmas orchestra. It was so beautiful I cried. The members were so warm and welcoming. It was truly a comfort. At no.point did they ask us to join or for donations, they made it clear it was a gift to the community. There is an indoor & outdoor walk through. It is smaller than Salt Lake City but will take your breath away.
Absolutely fantastic!! Went for the Festival of Lights. If you like Christmas lights, this spectacular presentation should be on your annual activities list!! The Washington DC is always beautiful, but there is something special during the Christmas season. Go to see the lights, take pictures. Head inside to see the navities from around the world. There is also a model of the inside of the temple you can view. Free Christmas programs the whole month of December with performances from different organizations, schools and clubs from the Washington DC area. So well done!!
